From Wildlife Art to Wildlife Science

 

Cal Poly Humboldt Professor Jeff Black and current MS Wildlife students Gina, Whitney, Tylor, Lily, and Charlotte will describe details of their fieldwork to determine overall river otter numbers in Humboldt Bay, as well as insights into river otter behavior (hunting, movements, and play) at the Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary and adjacent habitats.

Programs are held at Six Rivers Masonic Lodge, 251 Bayside Road, Arcata. Drinks and goodies are served at 7:00 p.m., the program begins at 7:30.
